Benefits Coordinator -Part Time

Icelandic USA, located in Oakland Industrial Park, currently has an opening for a part-time Benefits Coordinator. Excellent opportunity and compensation for experienced candidate who desires a flexible work schedule of 25 hours per week. Primary responsibilities for the position include: managing health, life, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance benefits, tuition assistance and 401K plan. Additional responsibilities include reconciling monthly insurance bills, processing cobra letters, providing employee assistance at the service window, conducting open enrollment and health fairs.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications for the position include:
•Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
•3+ years experience with benefits administration to include health, life, dental, vision and 401K.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience with AS400 a definite plus
•Ability to speak Spanish a definite plus
•Ability to work with diverse ethnic population
•Ability to analyze data
•Persistence in completing assignments
•Commitment to teamwork
•All other duties as assigned
