Benefits Analyst

We are offering a 9 month contract opportunity with a healthcare organization in Milwaukee, WI for a Benefits Analyst. This position will be responsible for many duties including: assisting in the planning for all benefit plans; developing financial analyses of benefit plans; researching and analyzing all benefit programs; assist in negotiation of contracts; assist in administering benefit plans; analyzing plans for cost control, etc. This position offers a pay rate of $26/hour. REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a BA in HR, masters or certification perferred with 5 years progressive Benefits or HR experience. This person will need to be proficient in excel and outlook and have a good finance understanding. A high level of communication, quantitative, and analytical skills are required as well.
