Benefits Analyst

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., a leading software technology provider to banks and credit unions currently has an opportunity within the Compensation/ Human Resources department for a Senior Compensation Analyst.The successful applicant will take a lead role in the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs. Will also be responsible for maintaining various compensation information systems, completing compensation surveys, and base pay market pricing. Will make recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs and/or job families. May prepare special studies and recommendations on various compensation programs.Other responsibilities will include preparing complex quantitative compensation data analysis as needed; conducting job analysis using market-pricing techniques and assisting in the development and maintenance of a market pricing database and ongoing development and maintenance of the internal job description database. Will also be responsible for providing interpretation of compensation policies to HR Generalists and managers including preparing documentation and presentations on compensation-related topics; analyzing best practices and participating in the development of compensation policies and generating and analyzing reports as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have 5+ years of compensation experience with significant project management experience. Must be proficient in MS Office products and well as have a high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency. Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities required. PeopleSoft experience and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
