Benefits Analyst

Benefits Analyst

Our client, a large, well- respected Cleveland company, is seeking an HR Benefits Analyst. This position will be responsible for maintaining and updating health and welfare plans for all employees. This will include status changes, terminations, budgets, medical billing, records maintenance, reporting and problem resolution. In addition, this person will facilitate all benefit related information and communications for employees, other HR associates and vendor/clients. You will work with the Manager of Benefits to analyze and report on benefit programs and their effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors' degree.
At least 2 years solid experience within an HR department in a Benefits related position.
Working knowledge of laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
Technical skills must include HRIS system and Microsoft Word; Excel / Spreadsheet experience is a plus.
