Ancillary Benefits Specialist

As the nation's premier Professional Employer Organization, we are currently seeking an Ancillary Benefits Specialist to join our Kingwood, TX team.

This role will be responsible for analyzing leave requests recommending the appropriate action within Company policy, insurance plans, FMLA, ADA and/or state laws. Answer procedural leave and disability questions based on Company policy, insurance plans, FMLA, ADA and/or state laws. Develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases for analysis and interpretation of data relating to leave requests. Monitors the collection of benefit payments during leave; at the end of leave, audit file to determine monies collected and generate letters to employees of any amounts due. Analyze and stay current on the state leave, disability and FMLA regulations, Corporate leave policy and disability plan. Develops and update state leave procedures, addresses service issues, assists employees with Core and Voluntary Life/PAI issues, enrollment, eligibility and claims. Interacts with internal and external customers and vendors, tracks and generates monthly reports.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with more than 5 years related experience, college degree preferred, excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritizing. Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and the ability to adapt and expand your knowledge is a must.
