Oracle Business Analyst - Human Resources
Ideal candidate must have a strong functional knowledge of HR processes and procedures and the ability to interface with the information technology group to achieve results.
configuration, setups and documentation within the Oracle HRMS suite of applications
partnering with functional owner for testing existing applications or enhancements
working with ITS technical analyst to ensure timely handling of any technical issues within the Oracle HRMS suite of applications
maintaining applications for work structures, organizations, locations, jobs, grades, flexfields, elements, tax tablesQualifications:
Oracle EBusiness Suite 11.5.10
Bachelor degree in computer science or business related field
2-3 years of Oracle HRMS experience preferred, but will consider other ERP experience such as Peoplesoft or SAP
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend process or application changes
