The Associate Director of Human Resources is responsible for strategic and tactical management of the following functions:

?Recruiting for management, technical and hourly positions
?Management of the compensation system
?Employee benefits strategy and cost controls
?Application of employment laws and company policies
?Employee training
?Systems to improve productivity and reduce expenses

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience, Education and Skills:
?A minimum of 10 years experience as HR Generalist, including at least three years in HR management of the following functions:
?Employee relations
?Application of employment and labor laws
?Training and professional development, development and facilitation
?Compensation systems, structure and management
?Employee benefits, strategy and cost controls
?HRIS
?Effective management and communication skills and interpersonal style
?PC Skills: Word, MS Office, Excel
?Bachelor Degree
