With your excellent interpersonal & written communication skills, you will train new/repositioned Choice franchise associates, provide technical support and investigate reimbursement issues.

Utilizing proven customer service skills, your duties will include:

• Teaching Profit Manager, Choice Advantage, TAI Interface and other proprietary systems through telephone or face-to-face training

• Supporting Special Handling licensees and new franchises through the resolution of technical problems

• Traveling to franchises, on occasion, to provide in-person training or customer service

• Analyzing reimbursement requests and making verbal & written recommendations to management

• Maintaining cooperative communication between departments and external vendors

• Managing documents, providing follow-up and performing other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified applicant has a HS diploma, proven knowledge of hardware/software systems, exceptional teaching ability, and a professional demeanor that holds up under stress. This positive, motivated self-starter must know Profit Manager & Message Center products, and be able to travel when required. The preferred candidate has some college training, experience with guest relations in a support desk environment, plus knowledge of Choice Advantage, Windows NT Server, Workstation and MS SQL.
