The Palace Hotel, San Francisco's oldest luxury hotel, is looking for an experienced Senior Front Desk Agent that can take care of our guests in a professional, courteous, and sophisticated manner.

REQUIREMENTS

The Senior Front Desk Agent takes care of our guest's arrival experience, which includes but is not limited to checking guests in, checking guests out, posting charges to a guest's folios, answering phones, and provides assistance to guests as required. Also, as a Senior Front Desk Agent you will leave an upbeat and positive impression with the guest thus making their stay at the Palace Hotel unique and luxury experience.

If you have applicable experience and enjoy working in a luxuries environment and have a flexible schedule then you should apply!

This position requires a flexible schedule.

Prior upscale hotel front office experience preferred.
