The New Theatre Restaurant, which opened in 1992, is the only year-round professional theatre restaurant in the state of Kansas. The company had its beginning in 1972 when Dennis D. Hennessy and Richard Carrothers opened Tiffany’s Attic in Kansas City, followed by the opening of the Waldo Astoria in 1973. The WALL STREET JOURNAL recognized the two theatres as “…the most successful, both artistically and financially, in the country.” The United States Chamber of Commerce presented The Blue Chip Award to the New Theatre Restaurant in 1993.

Ensures guest satisfaction by serving beverages, salads and desserts. Works closely with all support staff to ensure the best in guest satisfaction; must be positive representative of the New Theatre Restaurant at all times; and follows prescribed service sequence while focusing on sales opportunities.Benefits include discount theatre tickets, 401(k) and profit sharing!

REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 1 year prior server experience.Prefer experience in full bar service.Must have Saturday & Sunday availability.Prefer Tuesday and Wednesday availability.Must be 18 or over due to our liquor license.
