Our restaurant manager trainees take part in comprehensive training and development programs that focus on accelerating personal and professional growth.
Program participants are expected to advance through our system, learning all aspects of our operations along the way.
Many of our restaurant manager trainees are becoming General Managers within 12-18 months.
Individuals at the General Manager level on average have full profit and loss responsibility for a $1.5M business and leadership of 40-70 employees.
Multi-unit management opportunities are available for top performers. These growth positions are available throughout the country. Candidates open to relocation have great opportunities for advancement within the organization.Job Requirements
Requirements of the restaurant manager trainee include:

A Strong work ethic.

2 years Customer Service or Management Experience is a plus.

A willingness to embrace our business.

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
