REQUIREMENTS
Applicable proven experience required may include, but is not limited to:Directing the daily operations of a restaurant/bar, room service and coffee/deli outlet including guest satisfaction and training/development for over 60 associates; Maximizing financial performance and profit; Leads from the front and is proactive to the needs of the guest, staff, and company; Directs daily food service operations; Maintains kitchen and storage facilities to meet/exceed sanitary conditions; Monitors internal quality assurance and food safety audit process; Consistently behaves and thinks as a single standing unit in a resort environment serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In addition to the above requirements, qualified candidates will posses: At least 3 years full-service restaurant management experience required - Hotel/Resort experience preferred; Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, team building skills and time management skills; Strong financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, labor management and P&L management.
