The responsibilities for this position include overseeing the purchasing function for the hotel, as well as ensure meeting specified guidelines and policies. Responsible for ordering and managing inventory on a daily and weekly basis. This person will also assist with month end inventories, receiving deliveries and shipping of packages. Duties also include daily tracking of all F&B credits, working with vendors, and Accounts Payable. This person must be able to lift a moderate to heavy weight and have basic communication skills.
