Human Resources Manager

Looking for variety and fun?? Are you creative and love people? The Red Lion Hotel Olympia is looking for a Human Resources Manager. This position will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the Human Resource's policies and procedures including, but not limited to: application process, pre-employment activities, recruiting and employment efforts, new hire orientation, safety training and employee recognition and incentive programs. This position will also manage all unemployment and worker's compensation claims. This person will be the contact for union representation and will be responsible for investigating and resolving union issues in-house and or the grievance process. Additional duties as assigned.
