This growing organization needs three HR Managers for positions across the US. Two positions are in California and one in New York City.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide overall HR support within the organization.
Primary functions will include organizational development, employee development, recruiting and staffing, managing employee relations and training. Other duties include facilitating all HR Administrative processes and functions as determined by the coporate standard operating procedures.

This organization is looking for a leader. A TEAM builder!! A TEAM builder with strong Customer Service instinct!
REQUIREMENTS
Entergized and enthusiastic are two criteria needed to fill this position.
Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills are a MUST; as is knowlege of HR compliance rules and regulations.
Your Skill Set MUST include: organization; customer service; relationship building, and a positive, enthusastic, people person attitude. If your friends say this about you, you most likely are!!
1-3 years of HR and/or HR Managment.
Industries of interest will be Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, Fitness, i.e., High energy, High Profile people person.
We have three positions open. Two in the Los Angeles area and one in New York city. So,since these large cities have a great number of professionals, we want to have our candidates live in the areas. Greater Los Angeles or New York City area.
