JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the management of the total hotel operation.
Hours of Work:
50 plus hours per week with flexible shifts/days. Likely to include weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [include the following. Other duties may be assigned.]
Responsible for the total financial performance of the hotel.
Direct and supervise entire hotel team
Manage and monitor the hotel guest service functions
Develop and coordinate the hotel budget and forecasts.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Previous General Manager experience with Residence Inn is a must
Must have experience using GSS -- Guest Service Score
Knowledgeable of revenue management within hospitality
Valid driver’s license
Computer skills required
College level reasoning, math, language skills.
# Years hotel management experience
Highly motivated individual, with strong initiative and desire for personal achievement.
