Food Production Manager

The Food Production Manager is responsible for the overall production within the community, covering areas of quality control, costs, food production, personnel, safety, sanitation and customer satisfaction.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Overall production of meals in accordance with Company quality food production requirements. Use of company recipes.
2. responsible for accurate inventories.
3. Taste food every meal period to ensure proper preparation of food and adequate supply of fresh product.
4. Responsible for hiring and developing new employees.
5. Assess, counsel and review job performance.
6. Maintain excellent public relations with patients/residents at all times.
