Job Description

Maintain the day-to-day supervision of Cielo and the 360 Lounge by supervising and coordinating the activities of food service personnel engaged in the preparation and serving of meals.

Prepares work schedules and assigns personnel to meet production plans, and evaluates work performance of employees.

Maintain cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.

Inspects kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.

Supervise the Beverage Department as needed.

Fill out all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Assist to implement specials and promotions.

Follow directions from the outlet Manager.

Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures and insure guest safety.

Attend meetings as needed.

Training of new associates.

Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a pleasant voice and a cooperative and happy personality. This includes tactful treatment of irate persons.

Ability to develop and maintain a pleasant and effective working relationship with staff and guests.
Knowledge of supplies, equipment and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Ability to plan work schedules and assign duties
Provide or arrange for training.
Ability to understand, follow and enforce safety procedures.
Ability to supervise and train assigned staff.
Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies and materials.
Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow and operating procedures.
High school diploma or GED required plus Five years restaurant experience or 3 years in restaurant supervision/management.
