Located in beautiful Farmington Valley the Golf Club of Avon is home to over 500 member families, with food & beverage revenues in excess of $1.2M. The Club is open 10-1/2 mos. per year We seek an Executive Chef who is versatile and has
a sincere "love for the kitchen" with a dedicated desire to please our membership. In
addition to being a talented craftsman able to create and produce quality food products, our chef must be a capable
administrator and must have ability to control costs, meet deadlines, practice proper sanitation, relate well to the Club's membership & provide leadership for the culinary staff. Salary D.O.E. and quals. + performance bonus. Benefits incl. 401(k) plan, life/disability insur. medical/dental insur. and vaca. per Club policy. The Club will pay usual and customary fees
associated with interviewing.
