District Supervisor

The Krystal Company, serving great-tasting Krystal hamburgers throughout the Southeast for over seventy years, is seeking a qualified multi-unit supervisor with a proven track record of success in the quick-serve industry.

Our area manager position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling operations of 5 to 6 quick serve restaurant units. We need individuals who can create a strong team, establish and achieve goals, as well as generate profits. You must have previous multi-unit restaurant management experience in the quick serve industry. This experience should be with units averaging 1 million and above in annual sales.

Salary range is $55,000 to $60,000 PLUS AN INCENTIVE BONUS PLAN THAT IS PAID QUARTERLY
