JOB DESCRIPTION

We currently manage 25 hotels across the United States under such flags as Marriott, Renaissance, Hilton, Radisson and Holiday Inn.

We are currently seeking a Banquet Server for the Hilton located in Eugene, Oregon.

Responsibilities will include:
* Prepare and arrange food or drinks that are attractive and appetizing to the guests
* Receives few complaints about the food served
* Inspect food being served
* Meet service standards
* Inspect to ensure stock is adequate before beginning functions
* Know what items are not available to guests
* Re-stock the self-service areas as food and beverages are consumed to prevent shortages
* Replace and rotate stock correctly
* Keep table condiments stocked during service functions

REQUIREMENTS
* 6 months to 1 year serving experience required
* OLCC card required
* Food Handler card required
* Non-skid shoes required
* Read, write & speak English fluently
