REQUIREMENTS
Applicable proven experience required may include, but is not limited to:Assist in directing the daily operations of a restaurant/bar including guest satisfaction and training/development for over 60 associates
Proactively help to meet the needs of the guest, staff, and company
Help to manage daily food service operations
Maintain kitchen and storage facilities to meet/exceed sanitary conditions
Assist in monitoring internal quality assurance and food safety audit process
Consistently behaves and thinks as a single standing unit in a resort environment serving lunch and dinner.In addition to the above requirements, qualified candidates will posses:
At least 3 years full-service restaurant management/ assistant manager experience required - Hotel/Resort experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, team building skills and time management skills
