Assistant Banquet Manager

Assist the Banquet Manager with overseeing all activities related to preparation, execution and follow up of banquet functions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Personally demonstrating a commitment to customer service by inquiring about service quality and responding promptly to guest needs.

Promptly handling guest complaints. Filling in for staff when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure your staff, including all new hires, are trained to meet standards.

Empowering staff to deliver customer service by encouraging and rewarding responsive guest assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
Prefer previous supervisory/management experience and skills. Prefer two years banquet experience.
Must have worked as a Banquet Supervisor or Banquet Captain.
High energy level required.
High school graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Adept in computer applications. MS Office Suite and Delphi a +.
