Assists in managing banquet activities. Supervises room set-ups, service, and clean up of all banquet functions and maintaining banquet equipment. Will oversee approximately 60 Banquet/CS employees. Will be responsible to manage and delegate assignments to Banquet Housepersons and Banquet Service Staff. Will meet with all clients, attend pre-convention meetings. Must be able to manage labor through scheduling of the housepersons and other staff. Must be able to handle banquet events from start to finish of up to 300 people. Will have emphasis in Convention Services area.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to multi-task, have excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous food & beverage management experience is required. Prior banquet/convention services experience is highly recommended.
