The Project Designer provides design continuity and leadership throughout the entire project. Develops the initial design concept and coordinates with other team members to further develop the design in final concept, schematic and design development project phases.This position is expected to demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment. Team building and motivation are also key responsibilities.
This position requires a B.S. or B.A. in Architecture and a minimum of 10 years experience in designing small to mid-size architectural projects including urban and resort hotels. It is essential for the Project Designer to have client management skills, sketching skills, project management, and negotiation experience. The Project Designer should have intermediate level AutoCAD and Photoshop skills, with at least 3-4 years working with both programs. This position must have leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goals. Proven experience in motivating and inspiring others is essential. Presentation skills are required. An architecture license is preferred. Travel may be required. The Revit Implementation/Intermediate Technical must have experience in design development, architectural CAD and/or drafting, and detailing on small to mid-size projects.This position requires 3+ years experience in small to mid-size architectural projects including urban and resort hotels. An architecture license is preferred. It is essential for the Revit Implementation/Intermediate Technical position to demonstrate knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, building codes, construction, creativity and knowledge of architectural project phases. Location - California & FloridaThe Master Planner will collaborate with Architects and Engineers in a team environment to design, coordinate and present ideas relating to a variety of challenging urban planning and design projects. Additional responsibilities include project administration activities; marketing and strategic administrative assignments, and providing direction to team members regarding performance of scope, and development of project deliverables. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, InDesign, Sketch-Up, MS Office, Freehand graphics and GIS preferred.Bachelors or Masters Degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, or related field required. Minimum of 8 years land planning experience including project management, graphic communication, land-use zoning, and client relationships. Project Coordinator
Locations - CaliforniaThe Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordination of the design documentation of a project in schematic design through construction document phases in conjunction with the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator must demonstrate extensive technical architectural experience on a wide variety of projects through the construction administration phase. Project Coordinators will coordinate work assignments of a diverse project team as well as coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors. Emphasis on efficiency, quality assurance and code compliance. Team building and motivation are also key responsibilities
Qualified candidates must have solid presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Intermediate Designer
Locations – California; Washington; & HonoluluThe Intermediate Designer position is responsible for assisting in the creation, development and implementation of project design concepts for small to midsize projects and providing support for the preparation of concept, schematic design, design development, and design drawings with support for construction documents. It is essential for the Intermediate Designer position to have sketching skills and knowledge of Photoshop.The successful candidate will have a B.S. or B.A. in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years experience in small to mid-size architectural projects including urban and resort hotels. An architecture license is preferred. Proficiency at an intermediate level of AutoCAD is required. Experience with Revit, and 3D modeling is a plus. Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager
Locations: California & FloridaResponsible for planning & coordinating major interior design project and/or several small interior design projects. This position requires experience in all phases of an interior design project including construction administration and the ability to coordinate work within a team structure with Architects, Engineers and other related Consultants in the hospitality field.
The position requires good verbal and written communication skills to generate minutes and reports and participate in project and client presentations.
Candidates must have 10 years experience; AutoCAD skills are preferred but not required. Candidate must be able to space plan, provide furniture layouts, develop imagery, select FF&E, produce material boards, sketch freehand drawings suitable for client presentations and prepare specifications. Purchasing experience and rendering skills are a plus.

Location: CaliforniaThe Junior Designer position performs routine architectural CAD and/or drafting as well as assisting in the preparation of design and construction documents. The Junior position provides assistance to project teams and other staff members as required on basic phases of the project.
