Hospitality Executive Magazine is a subsidiary of Sundance Graphics Enterprises which has been in the business of printing professional trade magazines for over 25 years. Currently Sundance Graphics Enterprises prints 85 different professional trade magazine titles and is the parent company of Broker Agent Magazine, a professional trade magazine for real estate professionals with over 75 editions in markets from coast to coast. Broker Agent Magazine has created a new publication, Hospitality Executive Magazine, a professional trade publication reaching the Hospitality Industry. This trade magazine will be mailed free of charge to the department heads and management positions of all Resorts, Hotels, Motels, and Bed & Breakfasts in a desired market.

OPPORTUNITY
Hospitality Executive Magazine is currently seeking a qualified individual to oversee the local market and establish new accounts. This opportunity includes exclusive territory rights with possible future options for expansion. Our Territory Managers are Independent Contractors (1099) and as such enjoy the full entrepreneurial benefits and financial rewards of operating their own business all without any franchise fees, distributor cost, products to buy or initial investment. This is an unique business opportunity for the right candidate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main responsibilities for a local Hospitality Executive Magazine Publisher include: advertising sales within the magazine, maintaining all accounts, coordinating local feature stories with Resorts, Hotels, Motels, Bed & Breakfasts and Affiliates, directing the editorial content, and generally promoting the magazine within the local lodging industry.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
We are currently accepting resumes from candidates with a proven track record of success in business-to-business or specifically advertising sales and/or an extensive knowledge of the local Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, demonstrate effective communication, networking, organizational, and time management skills.

TRAINING
Hospitality Executive Magazine provides step by step, comprehensive training and ongoing extensive support.

COMPENSATION
•100% straight commission
•20% to 35% graduated commission on all sales
•Annual $4,000 advertising trade-out allowance
•Additional trade-out allowance and awards
