ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER The Marina Inn at Grande Dunes, the only 4 Diamond resort of its kind in Myrtle Beach, is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual to assist in the day to day operations of 7 food and beverage outlets to include a fine dining restaurant, pool bar, lobby bar, room service and banquets. Must be able to provide the finest guest dining and lounge experience while leading a highly motivated and guest service focused team. Previous banquet management experience required; some culinary experience is an added advantage. Ideal candidate will have a solid foundation, knowledge in highend food service; wine knowledge is an added advantage. Must have 3 years Food & Beverage management experience along with excellent customer service skills. We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
