One of the world’s largest sports apparel and fitness company is hiring for 80 Customer Service Representatives. You will be working at an east valley call center, but servicing customers from around the United States. You will be responsible for assisting customers with everything from product details, shoe comparisons, pricing and selection, and resolving any customer service issues.

REQUIREMENTS


YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:



One or more of the following industry experience is required:

-Call Center

-Retail Customer Service/Sales

-Restaurant

-Hotel/Travel



Other requirements:

-High School diploma or GED

-Must be able to pass a typing test of 20 WPM, 80%+ accuracy.

-Extensive experience writing customer service based communications and communicating on a telephone.

-Strong computer skills, including experience navigating the Internet and using the PC and windows based software.

-Passion for and knowledge of sports and sports related equipment is preferred.

-Ability to read, speak and understand English.

-Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently and/or in a diverse team environment.

-Capable of making sound business decisions and quickly understanding new information and situations.

-Must be able to handle challenging situations.

-Able to effectively de-escalate calls when appropriate.

-Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload.

-Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to reach mutually beneficial conclusions.

-Strong team and customer service orientation.

-Displays a can-do attitude.

-Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
