Eskaton, a leading senior services company in Northern California for more than 30 years is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Resident Care Coordinator in our Eskaton Village Carmichael location.

The Resident Care Coordinator provides care and supervision to the residents on the Eskaton Village, Carmichael. This includes direct resident care, conferring with other disciplines, referring to community resources and/or utilizing resource materials as needed. This position participates in case conferences and staff meetings, confers and meets with physicians, corporate support staff, and other community persons as needed or directed. This position is also responsible for scheduling shifts, job assignments and evaluations of Resident Care Associates.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid California Licensed Vocational Nursing certificate
CPR certification.
