RN performs functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned patients on unit during shift. RN is responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment. RN is responsible for promotion of collaboration with all members of health care team. RN Care Team Leader develops work plan and provides clear directions and expectations for care partner.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Required: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama. BSN preferred.Experience Required: Demonstrated integrity, compassion, advocacy, resourcefulness, and excellence in the care of patients. Work requires one to three months orientation to acquire necessary familiarity with department and unit policies, procedures and clinical guidelines. Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patient and families, to elicit cooperation and allay apprehensions. Must possess analytical ability to synthesize knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients.Status: FlexiSchedule: Various Shift/OptionsContact: Tabatha PeltPay: Competitive Pay
