The Orthopedic Center of Excellence is our newest inpatient program that was developed to provide treatment of fractures, joint replacements and other related orthopedic injuries in a skilled nursing setting. Clinical pathways and specialized equipment typically found in acute rehab programs were developed to ensure the highest quality of care. We monitor our outcomes/success through our ROM system that quantitatively measures the impact we have on our patients. Physical Therapy Assistant
Carries out effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function, which are established by the licensed/registered therapist. Plans conform to federal, state and professional standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
•Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy Assistants or must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required.
•Must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
•Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
•Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
•Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and post-offer employment physical exam if required.
•Must be capable of performing essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
•Must have own transportation to travel between sites as needed.
•Must possess computer skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish specific job duties and assignments.
•Must meet Clinical Competency requirements upon hire and as needed.
