Function: NursingPay Type: Non-ExemptPosition Number: 10135715 Nurse RNEmployee Type: Full Time Shift 1Job Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, workers compensation case management, counseling, health promotion, legal and regulatory compliance and health surveillance. Other responsibilities include providing drug testing, maintaining OSHA, State and Team Member health records, participating in corporate safety, ergonomic programs and emergency response, providing Team Member health education and training programs such as CPR/First Aid/AED training, and performing other duties as the need arises.Special Note: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others.REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Associate's Diploma of Nursing or a Bachelors Degree in Nursing.Experience: 2+ years nursing experience with current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state the State of Arkansas.Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets, newsletters or creating simple queries. May require knowledge of the Tyson Business Computer System.POSITION REPORTS TO: Nursing Supervisor/Manager
