Medical Billing Representatives (multiple positions)

Account Representative – Customer Service:
•Ability to handle high volume patient / client phone calls and solve billing issues
•Knowledge of Government, Cal Optima, Workers Compensation, HMO/PPO, Medicare and MediCal contracts
•Solid working knowledge of MSOffice applications as well as IDX Groupcast or similar platform

Account Representative – Payment Posting:
•Knowledge of Government, Cal Optima, Workers Compensation, HMO/PPO, Medicare and MediCal contracts
•Ability to post payment in timely and accurate fashion
•Solid working knowledge of MSOffice applications as well as IDX Groupcast or similar platform

Account Representative – Data Entry:
•Enter and maintain patient and client database
•Ability to recognize and adapt to trends found on client superbills
•Ability to maintain and correct client database based on daily scrubber reports
•Solid computer/keyboard skills

Account Representative – Administrative Support:
•Entry level position to support and learn billing operations
•Ability to use MSOffice applications and learn quickly
