ISC Home Health Director of Nursing

The ISC Home Health Director of Nursing is a registered nurse with a bachelor''s degree and at least two years of healthcare management experience, who is responsible for the day-to-day management and clinical operations of the agency which includes planning, organizing, developing and directing the management and administration of the agency in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as agency policies and procedures. The ISC Home Health Director of Nursing ensures the provision of the highest quality care to patients/caregivers and family and demonstrates leadership in achieving the mission of the home health agency. The ISC Home Health Director of Nursing is responsible for monitoring of appropriate staffing, productivity and third party payor issues. The ISC Home Health Director of Nursing interviews, selects, hires, trains, coaches and directs clinical staff with regard to agency policies and procedures. 1. Bachelor''s Degree in nursing or related field. Current license as a Registered Nurse in good standing for the State of Arizona . BSN preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as a registered nurse with 2 years in home care preferred. Management experience and quality improvement experience preferred.
3. Must have a valid Arizona driver''s license.
4. Current BCLS prior to delivering patient care
5. Must be able to read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions in English effectively.
6. Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
