Human Resource Manager - Healthcare - Florence, AL

As a Human Resource Manager you will provide all general support of HR functions at an acute care hospital setting located in Florence, AL.



You will identify best practices and organizational efficiencies, as well as coach and train line managers to properly apply human resource policies and procedures within the system. The Human Resource Manager manages the process and implementation of the following: payroll, benefits, employee incentives, employee recognition programing, retention, turnover, recruitment, safety, training and development.



Job Requirements


Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.

Two to four years experience in a Human Resource Generalist role in the Healthcare or Hospitality Operations.

Human Resource experience must include specific employment/recruiting and benefits administrative experience.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is desired.
