Compensation for your profession is market competitive: (pay grades are currently being revised with new a new hourly rate structure soon to be in place.) Benefits are excellent with extremely low co-pays for full health insurance. A single person pays just $10 bi-weekly, a family $30 bi-weekly. The retirement plan is also very good with a matching program in addition to a generous amount put in your retirement for each and every employee. We have a signing and retention bonus over the course of three years of $30,000. A very competitive relocation package offered. Eligibility for Loan Repayment up to $20,000.00 per Year

Loan repayment is not guaranteed with offer of employment, as all employees must apply directly through Indian Health Services. REQUIREMENTS
RN eligible for licensure in the state of Alaska, valid Alaska driver’s license, and current CPR or able to obtain. Two years prior experience in nursing. Experience with case management with home care/health background, preferred. In addition, must be licensed in good standing in the State of Alaska as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current CPR. Current Alaska driver’s license. Supervise Certified Nurse Assistant’s/Personal Care Assistant’s.
