an extensive and diverse number of medical services. We are currently looking
for a qualified applicant to fill the following position:
DISCHARGE PLANNER / UTILIZATION REVIEWER Part-time position with great potential for growth. This position will assist
with assessment, planning, and execution of the discharge plan for patients in
an acute care setting. This individual will have an active role in discharge
planning for our new facility. BSW and a minimum of two years related
