Delivers compelling customer service in a manner that builds and retains long lasting relationships by handling/supporting customer telephone requests in a residential mortgage call center atmosphere. Ensures appropriate information flow to the applicable area for additional research. Meets established productivity and quality measures.


Appropriately assesses clients needs and recommends additional products and services offered by the company. Effectively directs clients to the appropriate party for sale of additional products and services and facilitates a warm, personable transfer of the call.


Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
