Coordinator – Hospice Program

St. Nicholas Hospital has an excellent opportunity available to join its Leadership Team. The Coordinator of the Hospice Program is a new position that will be able to assist in the development of the Hospice Program. Reporting to the Assistant Administrator, Patient Care Services, this position will supervise staff and assure that a multidisciplinary plan of care is developed and maintained; coordinate nursing in services & competencies and develop policies & procedures. This position will also include patient care. In-depth knowledge of Hospice Program regulations is required. The qualified candidate will possess a WI RN license, 3 years hospice or 2 years of acute care or palliative care experience, and CPR required. BSN or active study in a BSN program is also required. CHPN certification is preferred.
