Provides customer support and processes reports of all non-injury patient results to clients in accordance with contract and concentra policies and practices.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:'Schedules exams in coordination with employers and physicians' schedules.
'Contacts employers with drug screens and physical results.
'Follows-up with client protocols.
'Maintains records of contract results.
'Contacts Medical Review Office and Labs.
'Reviews documentation of physical for physician approval and completeness.
'Files various documents and answer telephones.
'Performs additional departmental responsibilities, as assigned.
Will also communicate with the CA, ACA and HSM on various accounts.Job Requirements
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
'High school diploma or equivalent.
'Graduate of any accredited school for medical assistants.JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
'Experience in a medical clinic or doctor's office.JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:'Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; must present in a professional, courteous, and tactful manner.
'Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated.
'Demonstrated discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential matters.
Organized and detail oriented
