Compliance Services Coordinator

All Saints' places our patients first and strives to ensure every experience with All Saints Healthcare is a positive one.Responsible for assisting in the coordination of all efforts proactively and reactively for the Compliance & HIPAA Services department as well as providing administrative support to the Director of Compliance Services and the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Compliance Team. Responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of various compliance reporting as it relates to investigations, audits and education. Acts as a liaison between the Director of Compliance Services, associates, patients, vendors and the clinical staff. Other responsibilities include maintaining compliance databases, creating presentations, and expanded administrative duties. Accuracy, confidentiality, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while effectively interacting with customers are essential.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree preferred or 5 years equivalent work experience in a professional office environment. High level of initiative and pride in work combined with outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management. Accurate typist of at least 65 wpm and demonstrates competence in proofreading documents for accuracy. Experience with transcription of dictated material. Ability to independently problem solve and effectively communicate with leaders both internally and externally to the organization, associates at all levels, physicians and the medical staff. Independently directs and manages patient and/or associate privacy and compliance concerns, working with a variety of management associates. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, while maintaining strong organizational skills is essential. Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills.
