Care Coordinator

Description:
Care Coordinators assist inpatient & outpatient psychiatric treatment teams in facilitating comprehensive inter-agency treatment planning for a caseload of children & adolescents. They advocate for services that are community-based & provided in the least restrictive environment. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience working with children & adolescents in a clinical environment Some traveling is required in the central & east AR area.
Education:
Must hold an active AR RN, LCSW or LPC license.
