REQUIREMENTS
Current CA (COTA) license or CA licensed applicant. A minimum of 6 months rehab experience. 1 - 2 years rehab experience preferred. CPR card required. Current CA license or CA licensed applicant required. 0 - 6 months rehab experience required. 1 - 2 years rehab experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
