CARDIAC REHABILITATION PROGRAM MANAGER At St. Mary's Hospital, a 350-bed acute care facility, we strive to meet the ever-changing needs of the community by offering a Level 1 Heart Attack Program. The Dean & St. Mary's Cardiac Center is the areas largest and most experienced Cardiac Program. Our fulltime position will supervise a team-focused staff and participate in the clinical treatment of inpatient/outpatient Phase I and II cardiac rehabilitation services; participate in the development of our expanding Preventive Cardiology program, coordinate planning strategies; participate in the development and implement of program initiatives and maintaining open communication pathways. Requires some leadership experiences; Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology, Nursing or related field with current practice in cardiac rehabilitation; ACSM exercise specialist certification required.
