Assistant Director of Nursing

Experienced RN needed to help direct the nursing staff at the East AR Regional Detention Unit in Brickeys(located between Marianna, W. Memphis and Forrest City, AR). Ambulatory care setting, lower acuity and more variety than in the traditional nursing setting.

As the Asst. Director of Nursing, you will have experienced correctional healthcare managers to guide and train you in this unique healthcare specialty, in addition to company-paid management development training classes.

REQUIREMENTS
RN with current, unrestricted license in AR.
3 years supervisory or charge experience.
Demonstrated abilities in the areas of leadership, change management and staff education.
Ability to work independently.
Experience in staffing and scheduling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
