REQUIREMENTS
Strong leadership skills-team building & mentoring a must highly organized with great follow-through Knowledge of all relevant WFM policies and standards Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively Exposure to schedule writing with focus on labor targets and effective scheduling in accordance to store sales Good computer skills Ability to work a flexible schedule Excellent interpersonal communication skills necessary for extraordinary customer service and team relations Capability of teaching others in a constructive and positive manner Desire to develop future leaders Experience in service department Passion for great food
