Provide customers with outstanding customer service. Be on the floor as much as possible to answer customer inquiries and questions. Exhibit willingness to gain product knowledge, and be willing and able to share it with customers and other TMs. Maintains correct department signage and pricing. Answer customer questions and practice suggestive selling. Must be able to receive performance-related feedback in a positive way. Be willing to price, front, and keep the department looking fabulous. Attend Store, Team and Regional meetings and product trainings.
REQUIREMENTS
Desire to grow within the Whole Body Team. Flexible schedule, to include nights and weekends. Prior experience with supplements, body care would be useful. Be proactive and take responsibility for own training and job skills growth. Understand the importance of working as a team. Solid communication and organizational skills. Strong customer service and merchandising skills. Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done! Great sense of humor. Able to stand and walk for up to four hours without a break. Able to examine products for freshness, quality and proper signage. Able to bend frequently, lift up to thirty pounds unassisted and push and pull carts. Must have a signed open position card by closing date of this posting.
