Whole Body Team Member

Summary: Perform all functions relating to stocking and facing of nutritional supplements and body care products, general maintenance of department. Will Do: 1. Provide excellent customer service 2. Occasionally assist buyers in inventory 3. Process special orders and maintain special orders area 4. Clean and maintain work area 5. Assist with maintenance of all endcaps and communicate status to buyer. 6. Stock and face shelves 7. Great all customers and assist with product inquires 8. Attend product seminars as directed. 9. Comply with all DSHEA regulations when assisting customers in selecting products that best suits their needs 10. Comply with all applicable State of California Health and Safety codes 11. Perform all duties assigned 12. Assist buyers with ordering 13. Operate DVO unit, MPW MSI unit to place orders 14. Maintain appropriate stock levels 15. May include Buying responsibilities for specific categories
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have/Be: 1. Rudimentary natural foods product knowledge. 2. Familiarity with nutritional information and areas of studies e.g., herbs, homeopathy etc. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Ability to operate bailer (must be 18 years of age or older). 5. Basics understanding of all sub departments, Key Rec. and scanning 6. Computer Skills
