Whole Body Associate Team Leader

Set, and achieve, the highest standards in retail execution. Provide our customers with great customer service. Assist in training and leading an outstanding team, in a manner consistent with regional vision and standards. Help implement and support all regional programs. Assist as needed in hiring, training, coaching, leading, reprimanding, and terminating team members. Maintain high team morale. Achieve required margin and labor targets. Drive team productivity. Maintain well-stocked and merchandised department. Work a minimum of one closing shift per week, as well as one weekend day per week. Work all inventories as required, and monitor inventory levels and purchase journals. Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs. Be a strong support to your Team Leader, and run the team during Team Leader’s absence.
REQUIREMENTS
Written action plan. Strong desire to become a Nutrition/Body Care Team Leader. Basic understanding of all areas of Nutrition Sub-Department operations. Excellent customer service skills and standards. Excellent merchandising skills. Workable knowledge of department financials and labor budgets. Great people and motivational skills. Good written and oral communication skills. High standards of excellence. Flexible schedule, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Proven team player. Basic math and computer skills.
