Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift

Whole Foods Market Distribution Warehouse has an immediate full time opening for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule from 12 pm until close with rotating days off. An excellent salary is offered with a performance bonus paid every 4 weeks. The Supervisor will set and achieve the highest standards in warehouse/distribution execution while providing our stores with great customer service. Other responsibilities include training and leading an outstanding team, supporting all distribution center programs, and assisting in hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and terminating employees. The individual must be able to maintain high team morale, be proficient in MS Word/Excel, and able to achieve required productivity and labor targets. The Supervisor will work in a cold/frozen environment and must be able to run the team during the Manager’s absence.
REQUIREMENTS
